The reservation can be confirmed only after the payment has been received. If the payment is done without the confirmation of availability we are not obligated to provide the trip on the said date. Availability and pricing is subject to change but the price that is valid on the day of the reservation is always valid on the day of the payment.
Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar tours) has to receive a payment of 260HRK per person to accept a reservation for the trip that you have chosen. The rest of the total price of the trip is paid online on the day before day when the trip takes place, no latter than 12hours prior tour departure time.
If the reservation is done 5 days before the date when the trip takes place, the whole amount of reservation will be charged immediately.
The client may make a reservation for any service offered on the web page www.blue-cave-tour.com www.ilirios-hvar-tours.com, www.three-caves-tour.com, www.hvar-island-croatia.com on which has the price highlighted or any service that does not have the highlighted price so that it has to be negotiated between the client and Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar Tours).
Reservation presents a unique price of 260HRK per person regardless of which service has been chosen more than 6 days in advance or entire amount of specific product when the reservation is done for it 5 or less days before the date when the trip takes place. Remaining amout (separate payment link for the balance) of full price must be paid via T-Com PayWay system no later than 12 hours before the tour starts.
Upon clients request for a particular service on a specific date for a certain number of people, Hvar Sport will send the client a unique link for payment via T-Com PayWay system.
The client is required to make the payment within the agreed deadline, sent by email.
If you decide to buy our trip from a different web-site then these terms and conditions do not apply and you are required to acknowledge the terms and conditions of that site.
The total amount per person that you pay upon reservation is fully refunded upon your cancellation only if the cancellation takes place up until 5 days before the day of the trip. 5 to 0 days before the trip the entire amount that has been paid so far will be retained by Hvar Sport (ilirio’s Hvar Tours) as a cancellation fee penalty.
REFUNDS, TERMS OF RETURN AND COMPLAINT
If the trip is not feasible on the day that your reservation is valid for due to factors such as: unfavorable weather conditions, engine breakdowns, etc. we do a complete refund. The evaluation of the feasibility of the trip and the final decision is done by an official person at Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar Tours).
In case of complete failure to provide the service, for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be reimbursed for the full amount which has been paid in advance for the service in question.
If the customer is not satisfied with the service or the service has not been provided in full, the customer has the right to be partially reimbursed for the service in question. Complaint is done immediately after the service has been delivered or in the span of five days of delivery at the latest.
For the entire duration of the trip insurance is valid for the consequences of accident and injury, excluding any harm or damage caused by consummation of food and beverages that are not included in the price of the trip.
PRICES AND ARANGEMENTS
The total tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges and VAT tax (PDV). Rates are quoted in Croatian HRK and all conversions are calculated on the day the payment is done (the prices in EUR-o are only informational).
A guest is familiar with everything that the itinerary and the price include and exclude which is noticeable on web pages of Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar Tours).
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Hvar Sport delivers the service which is agreed upon in advance, on the day for which the reservation is valid, for which the payment has been received in advance.

Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar Tours) pledges to provide protection for personal data of customers , in a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations ; inform customers about the way collected data is used information and regularly give customers a choice on the usage of their data , including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and is available only to employees to whom such information is necessary to perform the job . All employees of Hvar Sport (Ilirio’s Hvar Tours) and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of protection of privacy.
